My review

★★★☆☆ (3/5)

Listened to this audiobook during my commute. It's a gentle, 3-hour reminder to pause and appreciate the little things in life. While it didn't tell me anything new (I've read my share of mindfulness books), it was a good reminder for days when I'm rushing.
