My review

★★★★★ (5/5)

I read this book back in April, and I don't know why it took me so long to post a review about it!

But let me tell you: this book ruined me. As someone who has never been into fantasy before, I was hooked from page one. Zero boring moments, just twists, dragons, and a romance that left me breathless. Violet is fearless and determined, and I found myself gasping out loud at some scenes (you probably know the ones). And the tension between her and Xaden? Uff. Perfection.

Set in a deadly war college, it features ruthless dragons who bond with riders, granting them magic powers, in a fast-paced plot that will keep you on your toes. So much happens in this book!

I felt everything. Excitement, heartbreak, obsession. It was my first 5-star read of the year, and now I'm deep into Iron Flame, desperate for more!

I've been recommending this to literally everyone I know, and every single friend who's read it is just obsessed as I am. Definitely a must-read!
